American League of Bicyclists names Rochester "Bicycle Friendly Community"
May 25, 2010 - Rochester has sped away with a "Bicycle Friendly Community" award from the American League of Bicyclists. May 18, 2010 - The Rochester Amateur Sports Commission (RASC) will unveil new three-on-three hockey boards at the Rochester Recreation Center Wednesday, May 19 at 3 p.m. The board system divides a regulation-sized rink in half allowing hockey players of all ages to work on their skills during the off-season. In conjunction with the installation of the new boards, the RASC announces a series of three-on-three youth hockey tournaments for the summer.

January 28, 2010 - The Rochester Convention & Visitors Bureau (RCVB) has appointed three new members to its board of directors and announced John Beltz, property manager for the Broadway Residence & Suites, will take over as the 2010 board chairperson.
